-F. (1) The Board may appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for efficient performance of its functions on such terms and conditions as may be provided for in regulations made by the Board.

26 -F. (1) The Board may appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for efficient performance of its functions on such terms and conditions as may be provided for in regulations made by the Board. The Board may, with the previous approval of the State Government, appoint a servant of the Central Government or the State Government as an officer or servant of the Board or of a Committee on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit.
