1 . Subs. by sec. 14(a) of U. P. Act No. 06 of 1977. (vii) to provide facilities for the training of officers and servants of the Market Committees. (viii) to prepare and adopt budget for the ensuing year ; (ix) to make subventions 1 [and loans] to Market Committees for the purposes fo this Act on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine ; (x) to do such other things as may be of general interest to Market Committees or considered necessary for the efficient functioning of the Board or as may be specified from time to time by the State Government.
