3. The words "the Standing Committee of the Academic Council" omitted by s. 9 , ibid. d. (w.e.f. 5-9-1969). (2) The Statutes in force at the commencement of the Banaras Hindu University (Amendment) Act, 1966 (52 of 1966) , shall be those set out in the Schedule to this Act.
