In Supersession of Punjab Government Notification No. 11993-III-Lab.-1-65/29564, dated 30th October; 1966, and No. 16515-ASO-V-L&E- 67/34194, dated 28th September; 1967, and in exercise of powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 27 of the Payment of Bonus Act; 1965 (Act No. 21 of 1965) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the following Officers of Labour Department to be the Inspectors for all the purposes of the said Act. They shall exercise all the powers of an Inspector within the whole of the state of Punjab with immediate effect Sr; Designation No_ 1. Labour Commissioner; Punjab. 2. Joint Labour Commissioner; Punjab. 3 . Deputy Labour Commissioner, Punjab. 4_ Assistant Labour Commissioner; Punjab. 5. Labour-cum-Conciliation Officer, (Head-quarter) 6_ All Labour-cum-Conciliation Officers in the state. 7. All labour Inspectors Grade-I, in the state.
