Lucknow : Dated: 24 July, 2014 IN exercise of the powers under section-138 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act no. 59 of 1988) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules after previous publication in the Gazette vide Government notification no. 41/1577/XXX -3 -2014 -32M/2013T.C., dated June 16, 2014 as required under sub -rule (1) of section 212 of the said Act.
