II 1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rule~, may be called ,the . overall Dimensions of Mot~ Vehicles (Prescription of Conditions for Exe.mptlon) Rules, 1991., . . They shall come into force on the date:of their publication in the Official Gazette,' Conditions for the.grant of exemption from rule 93.-The State·Government may exempt any motorvehicle or any class or description of motor vehicles from the provisions of Rule 93 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, subject to the fulfillment of any or all of the conditions specified' in these rules' which that Government may deem fit to impose, namely :-- . Such motor vehicle or class or description of motor vehicles shall- ...
