Government Of Rajasthan Department Of Transport S.No :F 7(66)parilrules/Hq/1994/5512 Jaipur; Dated: Notification In exercise of the powers conferred by the rule 8.28 of Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Rules, 1990 and in supersession of this department's Notification number F 7(66) Pari/Rules/ HQ/ Dated 5.07.2002, as amended from time to time, the state Government hereby: - (a)Relaxes from the provisions ofthe said rule in the case ofpillion riders of areas other than the municipal limits of Divisional Headquarters of the State; (b)Exempts, from the applications of provisions of the said rule, areas other than the municipal limits of all municipalities of Rajasthan State.
