Government of Jharkhand Transport Department NOTIHICATION Number-Pari.Wi.-145/2007(Part) 630 Ranchi; Date-20.06.2019 JHARKHAND MOTOR VEHICLEAMENDMENT)RULES2019 Using the Power provided by Section 111 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, Governor of Jharkhand makes the following amendments in the Jharkhand Motor Vehicle Rules, 2001 - 1. Short name, extension and date 0f execution This Rules will called Jharkhand Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (ii) It will be expanded in whole Jharkhand State. (iii) This order will come into force with date of Publish: 2. Sub Rule-252(D), 252(G),252(H) and 252(J) of Rule- 252 of Jharkhand Motor Vehicle Rules, 2001 is Replaced with as follows: - Sub Rule(D) of Rule 252- An application for grant of Approval O Renewal of authorisation for pollution testing centre shall be made in form APTC. to the Authorization authority: Under this rule, the following fees will be paid for such authorization and such acceptance- A_ Fees for issuing licenses of Pollution Checking Center for checking 10000.00 Rs motor vehicles. B Fees for Renewal licenses of Pollution Checking Center for checking 10000.00 Rs motor vehicles: Fees for appealing against the order of authorization authority under 1000.00 Rs rule 252 (I) sub rule (1) D Fees for Change of Place of Pollution Checking Center for checking 5000.00 Rs motor vehicles: E_ Transfer of license of Pollution Check Center (between valid heirs) 3000.00 Rs for checking motor_vehicles fees (ii) Sub Rule(G) of Rule 252- The Authorisation granted Or renewed shall be valid for Three (3) year from the date of grant of renewal: (iii) Sub Rule(H) of Rule 252- The application for renewal of authorisation shall be made not less than thirty days before the date of its expiry. However for delayed submission of applicat
