DELH GAZETTE EXTRAORDNNARY [PART NV TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT the Nationa] Capital Territory of Delhi on being satisfied that it is necessary to ensure the uninterupted movement ofEmergency Vehicles such as Ambulances, Fire Engines, Police Patrol Vans and vehicles of Transpor Department Government ofNCT ofDelhi and in the interest ofsafety of tbe general Public in Delhi NNew Delhi areas, does hereby, order that the exteme right lane OD roads having three or more lanes will be used by etergency vehicles like Fire Brigades, Ambulances, PCR Vans or vehicles of Transport Department, Government of NCT of Delhi while they are attending emergencies. These emergency vehicles when using the extreme right hand lanes in emergency indicated by & siren and flashing of lights will have tbe overriding right of way. All other categories of velicles will vacate the extreme right lane by moving to the left ofthe roadstreet.
