F 19(70)/Tpu /Seelt /08/418, dated the 5th May, 2008. the Commissioner Transport, Government of' the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on1 being satisfied that it is necessary in the interest of public sa fety and convenience of the general public to regulate movement of traffic, prohibits the driving of all motor vehicles except authorized Stage Carriage Buses (DTC and Private) on the Bus Rapid Transit Corridor on Dr. Ambedkar Road, Lal Bahadur Shastri Road and J B Tito Road, from Dr: Ambedkar Nagar to Moolchand Hospital Whoever contravenes the above prohibitional restrictions, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of section /94 ofthe Act The above mentioned prohibition/restrictions shall not be applicable during emergent situations to the motor vehicles of Delhi Police, Ambulances Fire Brigade and other Emergency Service Vehicles, when proceeding On emergeney duties: By order; RK Verma Pr.
