UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN PARIVAHAN ANUBHAG-3 No.-61G.I.(A)/30-3-94-124M/94 Lucknow, dated: January 28, 1995 Notification Under Sections 215(3) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Governor is pleased to constitute the District level Road Safety Committee as per follows:- 2- This committee will prevent road accident at district level and review the status of availability of assistance getting from various sources to persons affected from accident from time to time and will give its recommendations to the district administration and the state administration. Meeting of this Committee will be four times in a year at least, and the Committee will determine the procedure adopted in meetings itself. 3- The non-official members of the Committee will be nominated separately by the State Government.
