Government Of Jharkhand Transport Department NOTIFICATION Notification No- 306/2012 Ranchi, Dated_20/04/2017 Under the powers conferred to the State Government by Rule 108 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, the persons carrying the persons officers by the Transport Department, Jharkhand Government Notification No. 490, dated 11 April 2016 (Gazette number-267 dated 11 April 2016) Government vehicles have been specified above for use of colored light (red blue): 2_ For the purpose of removal of color lights from all government vehicles in the current national perspective, in the Condition A, B and C of the Transport Department Notification No. 490, dated 11 April 2016 (Gazette No 267 dated April 11, 2016) The right to use the color light (red blue) above / above the government vehicles carrying the specified persons office be removed: 3_ In the State of Jharkhand during the duty on the front part of the vehicle, the following will be eligible to apply the following types of lights in their jurisdiction: 1. Fire Brigade blue light with flasher 2. PCR Vans Pilot Vehicles Multicolored (blue, white and red) lights 3. Ambulance Blinker-containing Purple light with vaporized glass 4_ The notifications issued earlier by the State Government in this regard will be considered canceled. 5.
