HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955. No. CRC. 1617/CR 234/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Malkapur, Motala and Nandura Tahsils of Buldhana District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 16th August 2018, directs that, the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), in Buldhana District specified vide the Govenrnment Notification, Law and Judiciary Department, CRC. 1608/980/(196)/XII, dated the 25th November 2009, under the Maharashtra Civil Court Act (Mah. XIV of 1869), shall be the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Malkapur in Buldhana District, as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, within the local limits of ordinary jurisdiction of Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Malkapur, Motala and Nandura established under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), as specified in the Government Notifications, Law and Judiciary Department No. CRC. 1608/980/(196)/XII, dated the 25th November, 2009 and No. CRC. 1608/980/(196)/XII, dated the 21st March, 2012.
