4 . Subs. by Sl. 4 of Sch. to S. 3 of U.P. ''Act XXX'' of 1956. (c) is absent out of India for a period exceeding six consecutive months. (2) On the occurrence of a vacancy referred to in sub-section (1), the President shall forthwith report the fact of such vacancy to the [State Government] 1 .
