19 Confidentiality
No person shall disclose to any other person information acquired by him or her in the performance of his or her functions in terms of this Act , or the constitution of an animal breeder ' s society , or the constitution of a registering authority and which relates to the business or affairs of another person , w ithout the express written approval of such other person , except when required by any court of law or under any legislation .
