17 Exportation of animals and genetic material of landrace No person shall export from the Republic an animal or genetic material of a landrace unless such exportation has been authorised by the registrar in writing . (2) The provisions of section 16 (4) , (5) , (6) , (7) and (8) shall mutatis mutandis apply for the purposes of this section .
