The Arunachal Pradesh Gazette EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 171 , Vol; XVI_ Naharlagun, Wednesday; December 30 2009, Pausa 9 1931 (Saka) GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHALPRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAXAND EXCISE ITANAGAR EXCISE POLICY 2009 NOTIFICATION The 23rd December; 2009 No.TAX-73/93_ In partial modification of the Notification even No. dated 25th July, 1994 dated 14th February; 2001, dated 26th September; 2001 and dated 13th December; 2001 , and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Act;1993, (No. 6 of 1993) read with Rule 240 and 250 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules, 1994, the Government of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to revise the rate of duty on IMFL ofall kinds, importedlexportedltransported into or manufactured in any distillery or brewery named below in the territory of Arunachal Pradesh and shallbe levied at the rate shown against each at table "A". The Government of Arunachal Pradesh is further pleased to revise the rate of initial license fees in respect of Bonded Warehouse, Bottling of IMFL License, Compounding and Blending shown againsteach at Table "B"_ The Government of Arunachal Pradesh is also further pleased to order and prescribe the following terms and conditions for strict compliance The price as shown at Table "A" shall be Ex-Bond price at Itanagar and the same shall be applicable to civilian only; excluding Military/Para-Military Force like Assam Rifles, CRPFIBRTFIBSFIAPPI APBNIITBPIIRBN. 2 The import permit of local brands of North Eastern States shall not be issued. 3.
