XIII, Naharlagun , Tuesday, June 1 , 2004 Jyaistha 11, 1926 (Saka) GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAXAND EXCISE ITANAGAR NOTIFICATION The 23rd March, 2004 No. EX-73/93 (Pt . ).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 77 read with Section 78 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Act, 1993 (Act NO . 6 of 1993) the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules, 1994 namely :- 1 . Short title and commencement: These rules may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Rules , 2004 . They shall come into force with immediate effect . Amendment of Rule 55 : In the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules, 1994 , in the existing Rule 55( 1) after the word "Distillery " the words " Bonded Warehouse, Wholesale vend and retail vend " shall be inserted . And after the word " the distiller " the words " the bonder, the wholesaler and the retailer as the case may be" shall be inserted . 3 . Amendment of Rule 56 : In the existing Rule 56, after the word " Distillery " the words " Bonded Warehouse, Wholesale vend and Retail Licence " shall be inserted .
