NOTIFICATlON The 13th January, 1995 No. EX-73/93 PT/465. -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 read with section 78 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Act, 1993 (Act. No. 6 of 1993) the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules; 1994 namely;- (1) These Rules may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Rules, 1994. They shall come into force from the date of publication in the official Gazette. In the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules, ] 994 in Rule 22 for SubRule (4) , the following Sub-Rule shall be substituted nemely "(4) Licence for the sale of foreign liquor may be granted for one year from the date of issue of licence".
