EX-114/2012/HOLOGRAM . -ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 77 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Act, 1993 (Act NO.6 of 1993) read with Rule , 251 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules , 1994, in the interest of augmenting revenue and to check unauthorized sell of liquor, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to introduce High Security Hologram in Excise Department of Arunachal Pradesh, to be affixed in bottles of IMFL and Beer manufactured locally and imported from outside the State and marketed in Arunachal Pradesh , with immediate effect with the following terms and conditions: 1 . The rate of hologram shall be . 1 . 10 (one rupee and ten paisa) per hologram which is subject to revision from time to time . 2 . The manufacturer of Security Hologram shall be selected through open tender . This issue has the approval of Cabinet vide No. CAB/M-17/4026 dated 15th December , 2015 . T . T .
