mu The Arunachal Pradesh Gazette EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 7 Vol X, Naharlagun, Wednesday , January 19 , 2000_ Pausa 29_ 192/ (Saka) GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX & EXCISE ITANAGAR NOTIFICATION The [3th January, 2000 EX-59/99/BWH ~In exercise of the Powers conferred by Section 77 read with Section 78 of' the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Act 1993 (Act No. 6 of 1993 The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased t0 make the following Rules to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules, 1994, namely 13 (1) These rules mav be called the Arunachal Pradesh Rules,` 1999 Excise (Amendment (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette . 2. In Rule 72 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules; 1994, for the existing entry, the following entry. shall be substituted_ namely Rule 72 (1) Persons desirous of obtaining licences to establish privat warchouse. for the deposit and storage of spirit without payment of duty shall apply fo the Collector concerned who shall not grant the licence without the previous order of the Excise Commissioner_ (2 Persons desirous of' obtaining licences to establish private warchouse, for the deposit and storage of Beer without payment of duty shall apply t0 the Collector concerned who shall not grant the licence without 1he previous order of the Excise Commissioner . Rules 53 t0 55 shall apply mutatis mutandis to such applications except that the amount of the security shall be Rs. 25, (uo Naini Jayaseelan, Secretary Tax and Excise Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar.
