NOTIFICATION The 13th January, 1995 No. EX-73/93 PT{465._In exercisc of the powers conferred by section 77 rcad with section 78 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Act; 1993 (Act: No. 6 of 1993) the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to mnake the following Rules to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules: 1994 namely 1 (1) These Rules may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Excise (Amend- ment) Rules, 1994. (2) They shall come into force from the date of publication in the official Gazette. In the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules 1994 in Rule 22 for Sub - Rule (4), the following Sub-Rule shall be substituted nemely 2(4) Licence for the sale of foreign liquor may be granted for one year from the date of issue of licence" T.
