WHEREAS, the Legislative Assembly of the State of Arunachal Pradesh is not in session AND WHEREAS, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is satisfied that circumstances exist which render him to take immediate action NOW; THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 213 (1) of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to promulgate the following Ordinance in the Seventy-Second Year of the Republic of India as follows , 1 . Short title and commencement (1) This Ordinance may be called the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-Organisation of Districts) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2 Amendment of sub-section (4A) In sub-section (2) of section 2, of the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment) Act'2013, (Act No. 2 of 2014), by which sub-section (4A) was inserted in section 4 of the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) Act, 1980 (Act: No. 3 of 1980) , (Principal Act) , for the words "with district headquarter at Jamin" appearing in last para of the sentence, the words 'with district headquarter at Palin" shall be substituted. 3 Amendm
