ORDINANCE NO. 1OF 2021 THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH (RE-ORGANISATION OF DISTRICTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 202I AN ORDINANCE further to amend theArunachal Pradesh (Re-Organisation of Districts)Act, 1980 (Act No.3 of 1980) WHEREAS, the Legislative Assembly of the State of Arunachal Pradesh is not in session ; AND WHEREAS, the Governor ofArunachal Pradesh is satisfied that circumstances exist which render him to take immediate action ; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred byArticle 213 (1) of the Constitution of lndia, the Governor ofArunachal Pradesh is pleased to promulgate the following Ordinance in the Seventy-Second Year of the Republic of lndia as follows,- Short title and commencement:- (1)This Ordinance may be called theArunachal Pradesh (Re-Organisation of Districts) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021. lt shall come into force at once. Amendmentof sub-section (4A):- ln sub-section (2) of section 2, of the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment) Act'2013, (Act No. 2 of 2014), by which sub-seclion (4A) was inserted in section 4 oftheArunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts)Act, 1980 (Act. No.3 of 1980), (Principal Act), for the words "with district headquarter at Jamin" appearing in last para of the sentence, the words "with district headquarter at Palin" shall be substituted.
