RTSTFeTTT RTSTTT Tae1yi- Hi3feaR Qatfriat RAJASTHAN GAZETTE Extraordinary Published by Authority TruAa Tua 814 26, #aTaaR , 911 1941-Raar 17, 2019 Bhadra 26,_Tuesday Saka 1941_September 17,2019 HTT 4 (T) 3q_<us (ii) Yuy PRTT (211317 ruy sifefan1fyt ERT UR f44 Ty TTT 311ag1 7211 31feNTTFT FACTORIES AND BOILERS INSPECTION DEPARTMENT CHIEF INSPECTOR FACTORIES AND BOILERS,RAJASTHANJJAIPUR NOTIFICATION JAIPUR, SEPTEMBER 16, 2019 S.0.94 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 34 of the Boilers Act; 1923(Central Act No. 5 of 1923), the State Government; for the need of rapid industrialisation of the State it is necessary so to do under the requirement of the section 7of the Rajasthan Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) Act; 2019, hereinafter reffered to as the RMSME Act; 2019, hereby exempts such boilers and boiler components manufactured under the Boilers Act, 1923 and rules and regulations made thereunder to be installed in the premises wherein the owner or the firm or the company is having valid Acknowledgement Certificate issued under section 5 of the RMSME Act, 2019, in the whole of the State from the operation of the provisions of clause (a) of section 6, section 7 and section 8 of the Boilers Act, 1923 for registration renewal and approval for repair and maintenance for & period of 3 years from the date of the issue of valid Acknowledgement Certificate issued under section 5 of the RMSME Act; 2019, subject to the following conditions, namely: - if any accident occurs to the boiler or to any part of the boiler during this period, then the use of the boiler shall be stopped immediately and the Chief Inspector shall be informed, i1) the boiler owner shall apply online in the official RajFAB web applica
