So much of the Schedule as has not been repealed with the exoeption of the entries in the Schedule relating to Madras Acts III of 1886 and N of 1889 was repealed by the First Schedule to the Mfbdraa Repealing and Amending Act, 1938 (Madras Act XIU of 1938).

The entry relating to the Madras District Municipalities Act, 1884, was repealed by section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Distriot Municipalities Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1920).
The entry relating to the Madras Local Boards Act, 1884, was repealed by section 2 of the Tamil Nadu District Boards Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act XIV of 1920). So much of the Schedule as related to the Madras Salt Act, 1889 was repealed by section
