' . (ii) They shall come into force with immediate effect. In the Chandigarh State Commission and District Fora, Union Territory, Chandigarh Group ( ' C ' and ' D ' ) Service Regulations, 2001, for the existing Schedule, the Schedule annexed herewith shall be substituted.
