(v) any other issue within the purview of the District Planning Committee;
(h) perform any other incidental, supplemental or consequential function as may be necessary and required for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act.
(3) For the purpose of assisting the District Planning Committee in exercising such of its powers, discharging such of its duties or performing such of its functions under this Act, the District Planning Committee may constitute one or more 1 [sub committees]:
Provided that the District Planning Committee may also constitute working groups for various sectors for giving guidance and support to the 2 [sub] committees in the preparation of 3 [spatial perspective plan] and execution plan.
