(j) spatial development aspects of various sectors, namely:— (i) agriculture and rural development and allied sectors; (ii) trade, commerce and industries; (iii) tourism; (iv) animal husbandry and fisheries; (v) any other sector which is determinant in the spatial planning and development of the District; (k) mobilization of fiscal resources for Plan implementation; and (l) any other particulars and details as may be considered necessary for ensuring planned development of the State and as may be directed by the Government.
