15. Omitted by Act 33 of 2021 (w.e.f. 25.02.2021). such resignation being accepted by the Government, that person shall cease to be a member of the 1 [State Town and Country Planning Committee]. A non-official member may be removed from office by the Government following the procedure laid down in Section 95.
