2 [THE KERALA ART AND HERITAGE COMMISSION] Constitution of the Kerala 3 [Art and Heritage] Commission.—The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute an 4 [Art and Heritage] Commission for the State to be called the Kerala 5 [Art and Heritage] Commission with a view to preserving, 6 [conserving], developing and maintaining the aesthetic quality of 7 [landforms, built and environmental features/specifications, architectural character, and urban scape] within the State.
