Fund for the Kerala 3 [Art and Heritage] Commission.—A separate fund shall be created for carrying out the objectives of the Kerala 4 [Art and Heritage] Commission, which shall be kept at the disposal of the Kerala 5 [Art and Heritage] Commission .
