GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LAW DEPARTMENT Legislative West Bengal Act XXVI of 2001' THE WEST BENGAL COUNCIL OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2001. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature:] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the l8th January, 2002.] An Act to amend the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975. West Ben. Act VI of 1975, WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education Act; 1975, for the purpose and in the manner hereinafter appearing; Itis hereby enacted in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Council of Higher Short title. Secondary Education (Second Amendment) Act; 2001. 2.
