Section 26

Annual report.—The Board shall for every financial year prepare , in such manner, as may be prescribed, an annual report within three months from the end of the financial year giving a complete account of the previous financial year and forward it to the Government. Every such report together with the audit statement of accounts shall cause to be laid before the Legislative Assembly, as soon as may be, after it is received by the Government.
