Section 28

Recovery of arrears . — If any amount due to the Board, in accordance with the provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder or the provisions of a contract or otherwise or any sum payable in connection therewith, has not been paid, such amount shall, without prejudice to any other remedy provided by law, be recoverable as arrears of land revenue under the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968 (15 of 1968).
