Governor of existing State of Jammu and Kashmir to be common Lieutenant Governor: On and from the appointed day,_ the Governor of the existing State of Jammu and Kashmir shall be the Lieutenant Governor for the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and Union territory of Ladakh for such period as may be determined by the President: 6. Amendment of First Schedule to the Constitution:- On and from the appointed day, in the First Schedule to the Constitution, under the heading ".
