Every applicant under seotion 6 shall be entitled to registration unless the 'Peputy Commissioner] is of opinion that the vehicle is not fit for public use : Provided that no vehicle shall be registered in the name of a minor : aprovided further that the lpeputy Commissioner] shall have power- (i) to limit the number of vehicles of eny deecription which may be registered annually, in which case no vehicle of that description shall be rcgietered in any year in excess of the number so limited ; (ii) to refuse to register vehicles of a partioular description, in which case no vehicle of that desoription shall be registered.] Grant of 7.
