[(3) The provisions of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) shall, so far as may be, apply in relation to the family pension or any other amount payable under the Coal Mines Family Pension Scheme 2 [and also in relation to any amount payable under the Insurance Scheme] as they apply in relation to any amount payable out of the Fund.]
