A. ~In section 32-A of the Principal act; (1) in sub-section (1)- the words, 'in
section 32-A. ~In section 32-A of the Principal act; (1) in sub-section (1)- the words, 'in such areas as may be notified by the State Government;" shall be omitted; (ii) the word photostat' wherever occurring including heading, shall be omitted; (2) in sub-section (2) - for the words "photostat copy' the words "true copy' shall be substituted; (ii) for clauses (b) and (c), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: (b) be compared and verified by such official as may be directed by the Registering Officer: (3) Sub-section (3) shall be omitted.
