(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of Appad. hid ffidii () y pggy y the authorised officer under section 6 or section 7 or section 8 or section 18 may, within such period as may be prescribed, appeal to the District Collector or such other officer as may be specified by the Government in this behalf. (2) In deciding an appeal under sub-section (I), the District Collector or the other officer referred to in sub-section (1) shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed.
