In Section 37 of the principal Act,t — in sub-section (2), in the proviso, the punctuation full-stop ( . ) shall be substituted by the punctuation semi-colon ( ; ), and the following shall be inserted as second proviso thereafter, namely:— " Provided further that any member, elected or nominated under clause (xxi) of sub-section (1) of Section 15 shall hold office for a period of one year only from the date of his election or nomination, as the case may be.
