WHEREAS itis expedient to amend the West Bengal Apartment Ownership West Ben_ Act Act, 1972, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; XVI of 1972 It ishereby enacted in the Fifty-ninth Year oftheRepublic ofIndia by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows Short title and 1.
