(1) There shall be a Secretary of the Committee who shall be appointed by the State Government on such terms and conditions as the State Government determine.

6. (1) There shall be a Secretary of the Committee who shall be appointed by the State Government on such terms and conditions as the State Government determine. (2) Subject to any general or special orders of the State Government the committee may, for the purpose of enabling it to perform its functions efficiently or to exercise its powers appoint such other officers or employees as it may think fit and determine their functions and conditions of service.
