Ranchi; Dated: 13.06.2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (f) of rule-2 of the Building Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Rules, 1998, the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased hereby to appoint of officers mentioned in column (1) of the scheduled below all Labour Enforcement officers as "Cess Collector" who shall exercise power conferred on cess collector by O under the said rule having jurisdiction as specified in column (2) of the said schedule.
