Maintenance of discipline among Students of colleges, etc . — All powers relating to discipline and disciplinary action in relation to students of a college or an institution, not maintained by the University, shall vest in the Principal of the college or institution, as the case may be, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Ordinances.
