HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 4th November, 2020 ONE TIME SETTLEMENT SCHEME FOR MILK CESS DUES No. 5218(CFMS)-AH-4-2020/7391 . — The Government has decided to extend the One Time Settlement Scheme issued vide No. 4719(CFMS)-AH-4-2019/9114, dated 10th September 2019, upto 30th November, 2020 and 31st December, 2020, in view of COVID – 19 situation. After careful consideration of all relevant factors, now, it has been decided that 50% of the amount may be deposited within this extended period upto 30th November, 2020 and balance 50% upto 31st December, 2020. No further representation for extending the time will be entertained thereafter. Rest terms and conditions of One Time Settlement Scheme issued vide No. 4719 – CFMS – AH – 4 – 2019/9114 dated 10.09.2019, shall remain the same. 8959 — C.S. — H.G.P. Pkl.
