HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 15th April, 2025 No. 793(CFMS)-AH-4-2025/2244 . — In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) read with sub -section (2) of section 17 of the Haryana Murrah Buffalo and other Milch Animal Breed (Preservation and Development of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Sector) Act, 2001 (6 of 2001), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Murrah Buffalo and other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002, namely.- (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Murrah Buffalo and other Milch Animal Breed (Amendment) Rules, 2025. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. In the Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002, in rule 21, for sub-rules (1) and (2), the following sub-rules shall be substituted, namely:- "(1) The delayed payment of fee or cess, as the case may be, including the penalty, if any, under sections 5 and 6 of the Act, shall invite a simple interest at the rate of twelve percent per annum from the due date of payment. The defaulting amount shall be considered to have been paid only after both the principal amount and the interest has been paid."
