HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 31 st t March, 2003 No. S.O.46 /H.A.6/2003/S.55/2003 . – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 55 of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act 6 of 2003), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints all Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioners, Joint Excise and Taxation Commissioners, Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioners, Excise and Taxation Officers and Assistant Excise and Taxation Officers, working in the Excise and Taxation Department, Haryana to assist the Commissioner for the purposes of the said Act.
