Power to make rules . — 1 [(1)] The Managing Body 2 [may, 3 [with the previous approval of the President], make rules 4 for the management, functions, control] and procedure of the Society. The rules may provide among other matters for the following, namely:—

(b) the appointment and term of office of members of the Managing Body;
(c) the choice of representatives on international and other Committees;
