20. Punishment for contravention of certain provisions. (1) Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 4 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year; Or with fine which may extend to twenty-five thousand rupees, or with both: (2) Any person OT private security agency who contravenes, the provisions of sections 9_ 10 and 12 of the Act; shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to twenty-five thousand rupees, in addition to suspension or cancellation of the licence.
